At Shift and Soul, we are committed to providing a transparent, secure, and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
SECTION 1 — Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
At Shift and Soul, all of our items are explicitly made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Your total estimated delivery time is calculated by adding the Production (Handling) Time to the Transit Time.
1. Production (Handling) Time: 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will begin processing the following business day.
2. Estimated Transit Time:

United States: 5–10 business days.

International: 10–20 business days (excluding customs clearance delays).
Total Estimated Delivery Time (= Handling Time + Transit Time):

United States Orders: 7–13 business days from the date of purchase.

International Orders: 12–23 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: Delivery windows are estimates. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to peak seasonal volumes, extreme weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
SECTION 2 — Shipping Costs & Taxes
We hate hidden fees as much as you do. That’s why we keep our shipping rates flat and simple, clearly displayed before you check out:

United States: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.50 per order.
- United States Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment based on your destination state.

International: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.50 per order for all worldwide destinations.

International Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Shift and Soul does not collect or prepay these fees.
SECTION 3 — Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you need to request an address change, please email support@shiftandsoul.com within 6 hours of order placement.
Shift and Soul cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
SECTION 4 — Order Tracking
As soon as your items finish production and are shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you (typically within 2-3 business days from your initial purchase). You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shiftandsoul.com.
SECTION 5 — Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please notify us. Claims for packages lost by the carrier must be submitted within 60 days of the original order date.

Damaged / Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery by emailing us with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. This aligns with our 30-day Return & Refund Policy to ensure you receive a free replacement or full refund.
SECTION 6 — High-Volume Seasons
During peak holiday seasons or major promotional events, fulfillment and delivery times may experience slight extensions due to carrier constraints. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely arrival.
