Tracking FAQs

When will I get my order?

Total delivery time is calculated using the following formula: Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

1. Order Handling (Printing & Fulfillment): 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Since our products are printed specifically for your order, we require this window for production and quality check.

2. Shipping Transit Time:

  • United States: 5–10 business days. (Total estimated delivery: 7–13 business days).
  • International Destinations: 10–20 business days (excluding customs clearance). (Total estimated delivery: 12–23 business days).

* Please note that delivery times are estimates. Shipments may occasionally be affected by carrier constraints, holidays, extreme weather, or customs processing.

When will I receive my tracking number?

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your package finishes production and is handed over to the shipping carrier (typically within 2–3 business days from your initial purchase). If you do not receive your tracking link within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shiftandsoul.com.

How can I edit/cancel my order?

Because our fulfillment process begins quickly after order placement, we can only accept cancellations or shipping address updates within 6 hours of your order being placed.
  • To Cancel or Change Address: Please email support@shiftandsoul.com immediately with your order number and your specific request in the subject line.
  • To Change Products: We are unable to add or remove items from an existing order. If you are within the 6-hour window, please request a cancellation so you can place a new order with the correct items. After 6 hours, orders cannot be modified or canceled as they have already entered production.

Your order number is located at the top of your official order confirmation email. Please check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for this email.
